This order is administered by the Ministry of Health.
PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Food Act 1981, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Food Act Commencement Order 1984.
2 Commencement of Food Act 1981
The Food Act 1981 shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1984.
