An Act to amend the Trades Certification Act 1966
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Trades Certification Amendment Act 1982, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Trades Certification Act 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).
2 Increase in unauthorised expenditure limit
Section 16 of the principal Act (as amended by section 7 of the Decimal Currency Act 1967) is hereby amended by omitting the expression “$100”
, and substituting the expression “$1,000”
.
This Act is administered in the Department of Education.
