An Act to amend the Trustee Act 1956

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Trustee Amendment Act (No. 2) 1982, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Trustee Act 1956 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Authorised investments

Section 4(1)(b) of the principal Act (as amended by section 4(1) of the Trustee Amendment Act 1974) is hereby amended by inserting, after the expression “subsection (3a)”, the words “or subsection (3aa)”.

This Act is administered in the Department of Justice.
