Pursuant to section 49(1) of the Official Information Act 1982, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

  • This order is the Official Information Act (Schedule 1) Order 2006.

  • This order comes into force on 1 December 2006.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on 1 December 2006, amends Schedule 1 of the Official Information Act 1982 by—

  • •replacing the reference to the Game Industry Board with a reference to Deer Industry New Zealand:

  • •omitting the reference to Hospital Boards.

Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
