This order is administered in the Department of Health.

PURSUANT to the Health Benefits (Reciprocity with the United Kingdom) Act 1982, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

This order may be cited as the Health Benefits (Reciprocity with the United Kingdom) Act Commencement Order 1984.

The Health Benefits (Reciprocity with the United Kingdom) Act 1982 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of January 1983.
