An Act to validate and confirm certain Orders in Council made under the authority of the Customs Act 1966

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Customs Orders Confirmation Act (No. 2) 1985.

2 Orders in Council confirmed

The Orders in Council specified in the Schedule to this Act are hereby declared to be valid and are confirmed as required by section 131 of the Customs Act 1966.

3 Repeal

The Customs Orders Confirmation Act 1985 is hereby repealed.
