An Act to validate and confirm certain regulations made under section 27 of the Agriculture (Emergency Powers) Act 1934

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

This Act may be cited as the Agriculture (Emergency Regulations Confirmation) Act 1985.

The Hop Marketing Regulations 1939, Amendment No. 15 are hereby validated and confirmed.

The Agriculture (Emergency Regulations Confirmation) Act 1983 is hereby repealed.

This Act is administered in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
