This Act may be cited as the Invercargill Licensing Trust Amendment Act 1986, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Invercargill Licensing Trust Act 1950 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

Section 33 of the principal Act (as substituted by section 22 of the Licensing Trusts Amendment Act 1962) is hereby amended by omitting from subsection (6) (as amended by section 16 of the Licensing Trusts Amendment Act 1964) the words “exceeding the maximum fee that may be fixed for a booth licence under paragraph (j) of subsection (2) of section 286 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962”, and substituting the words “being more than the prescribed amount for each day in respect of which the permit is granted”.

Section 37(1) of the principal Act (as substituted by section 37(1) of the Licensing Trusts Amendment Act 1975) is hereby amended by omitting the expression “$50”, and substituting the words “the prescribed amount”.
