Plant Variety Rights Act 1987

1 Short Title and commencement


This Act may be cited as the Plant Variety Rights Act 1987.


This Act shall come into force on a day to be fixed by the Governor-General by Order in Council.


An order under this section is secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
