An Act to amend the Pesticides Act 1979

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Pesticides Amendment Act (No. 2) 1987, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Pesticides Act 1979 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Constitution of Board

Section 12(2)(f) of the principal Act is hereby amended by omitting the words “Fruitgrowers’ Federation Limited”, and substituting the words “Fruitgrowers Federation”.
