An Act to amend the Quantity Surveyors Act 1968

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Quantity Surveyors Amendment Act 1987, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Quantity Surveyors Act 1968 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Application of fees, etc., received by Board

Section 28(3) of the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting, after paragraph (b), the following paragraph:

“(ba)

For any educational or research purpose relevant to the profession of quantity surveying:”.

This Act is administered in the Department of Trade and Industry.
