An Act to amend the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Act 1965

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Amendment Act 1988, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Act 1965 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Authorised expenditure

Section 18(2) of the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting, after paragraph (a), the following paragraph:

“(ab)

A person who is ordinarily resident in New Zealand; or”.

This Act is administered in the Department of Internal Affairs.
