Public Finance (Road Safety Trust) Order 2015

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 3A(1)(e) of the Public Finance Act 1989, His Excellency the Governor-General makes the following order, acting—
(a)
on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and
(b)
on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance made after being satisfied the Road Safety Trust has been wound up.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Public Finance (Road Safety Trust) Order 2015.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Schedule 4 of Public Finance Act 1989 amended
In the Public Finance Act 1989, Schedule 4, repeal the item relating to Road Safety Trust.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, removes Road Safety Trust from Schedule 4 of the Public Finance Act 1989. The Trust was dissolved in May 2013.
Date of notification in Gazette: 25 June 2015.
