1 Title

This order is the Public Finance (City Rail Link Limited) Order 2017.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

In the Public Finance Act 1989, Schedule 4A, insert in its appropriate alphabetical order the item set out in the Schedule of this order.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, inserts the name City Rail Link Limited into Schedule 4A of the Public Finance Act 1989. Adding City Rail Link Limited to Schedule 4A means that, under section 45OA of the Public Finance Act 1989, certain provisions of the Crown Entities Act 2004 apply to the company as if it were a Crown entity company under the Crown Entities Act 2004.
