1 Title

This order is the Public Finance (Fairway Resolution Limited) Order 2017.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

3 Schedule 4A of Public Finance Act 1989 amended

In the Public Finance Act 1989, Schedule 4A, repeal the item relating to Fairway Resolution Limited.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, removes the name of Fairway Resolution Limited from Schedule 4A of the Public Finance Act 1989. The removal means that the company is no longer a Schedule 4A company for the purposes of the Public Finance Act 1989 and that certain provisions of the Crown Entities Act 2004 no longer apply to the company under section 45OA of the Public Finance Act 1989.
