Public Finance (Schedule 4A) Amendment Order (No 2) 2025

This order is made under section 3AB(1) of the Public Finance Act 1989—
(a)
on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and
(b)
on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance.

1 Title
This order is the Public Finance (Schedule 4A) Amendment Order (No 2) 2025.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 16 May 2025.
3 Principal Act
This order amends the Public Finance Act 1989.
4 Schedule 4A amended
In Schedule 4A, insert in its appropriate alphabetical order the item set out in the Schedule of this order.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 16 May 2025, amends Schedule 4A of the Public Finance Act 1989. The amendment—
adds Ferry Holdings Limited to Schedule 4A; and
provides that sections 161 to 164 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 (relating to financial powers) apply to Ferry Holdings Limited.
Date of notification in Gazette: 15 May 2025.
