This order is made under section 3AB(1)(d) of the Public Finance Act 1989 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance.

1 Title
This order is the Public Finance (Crown Regional Holdings Limited) Order 2021.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 5 August 2021.
3 Schedule 4A of Public Finance Act 1989 amended
(1)
In the Public Finance Act 1989, Schedule 4A, repeal the item related to Provincial Growth Fund Limited.
(2)
In the Public Finance Act 1989, Schedule 4A, insert in its appropriate alphabetical order the item set out in the Schedule of this order.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order amends Schedule 4A of the Public Finance Act 1989 in order to rename the Provincial Growth Fund Limited, a non-listed company in which the Crown is the sole shareholder, as Crown Regional Holdings Limited. This order comes into force on 5 August 2021.
Date of notification in Gazette: 8 July 2021.
This order is administered by the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment.
