1 Title

This order is the Public Finance (Kiwi Group Capital Limited) Order 2022.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

3 Principal Act

This order amends the Public Finance Act 1989.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, adds the name of the company Kiwi Group Capital Limited to Schedule 4A of the Public Finance Act 1989. Adding the company’s name means that, under section 45OA of the Public Finance Act 1989, certain provisions of the Crown Entities Act 2004 apply to the company as if it were a Crown entity company.
