1 Title

This order is the Public Finance (Schedule 4A) Amendment Order 2023.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 27 July 2023.

3 Principal Act

This order amends the Public Finance Act 1989.

4 Schedule 4A amended

(1)

In Schedule 4A, repeal the item relating to Crown Asset Management Limited.

(2)

In Schedule 4A, repeal the item relating to Ōtākaro Limited.

(3)

In Schedule 4A, insert in its appropriate alphabetical order the item set out in the Schedule of this order.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on 27 July 2023, amends Schedule 4A of the Public Finance Act 1989.

This order amends Schedule 4A by—

replacing the reference to Ōtākaro Limited with Rau Paenga Limited to reflect a change in the name of that company; and
removing Crown Asset Management Limited in recognition of that company’s removal from the Companies Office register.
