This Act may be cited as the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Amendment Act 1990, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Act 1987 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

Section 2 of the principal Act is hereby amended by omitting from the definition of the term “Ministers” the words “Minister of Overseas Trade and Marketing”, and substituting the words “Minister of External Relations and Trade”.
