An Act to amend the Harbours Act 1950

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Harbours Amendment Act 1990, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Harbours Act 1950.

2 Continuation in office of existing members of Marlborough Harbour Board

The Harbours Amendment Act 1989 is hereby amended by omitting the expression “1990” wherever it appears in sections 3, 5, and 6(1), and substituting in each case the expression “1991”.

This Act is administered in the Ministry of Transport.
