An Act to amend the Radiocommunications Act 1989

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Radiocommunications Amendment Act 1990, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Radiocommunications Act 1989 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Secretary to have regard to Government policy

Section 112 of the principal Act is hereby amended by omitting the words “Minister of Commerce”, in each place where they occur, and substituting the words “Minister of Communications”.

This Act is administered in the Ministry of Commerce.
