211 Who may be heard at inquiry

The following persons have the right to be heard in person or be represented by another person at an inquiry conducted by the Environment Court under section 210:

(a)

the applicant for the proposed water conservation order to which the inquiry relates:

(b)

the Minister:

(c)

the regional council or territorial authority whose region or district may be affected by the proposed water conservation order:

(d)

every person who made a submission to the special tribunal under section 205:

(e)

any person who is granted leave to make a submission to the Environment Court under section 209(1)(c).
