This order is the Companies Amendment Act 2014 Commencement Order 2014.

(1) Section 58 and Schedule 2 of the Companies Amendment Act 2014 (the Act) come into force on 1 September 2014 in so far as they relate to—

• (a) the insertion of new section 151(2)(eaa) and (ec); and

• (b) the insertion of new section 280(1)(kaa).

(2) Section 58 and Schedule 2 of the Act come into force on 11 September 2014 in so far as they relate to—

• (a) the amendment to section 63(10); and

• (b) the insertion of new section 241(4)(bb); and

• (c) the amendments to section 373(1); and

• (d) the insertion of new section 373(2)(ia); and

• (e) the amendments to section 373(4); and

• (f) the amendment to section 374(1); and

• (g) the amendments to section 374(2)(5) and (17).

(3) Section 59 of the Act comes into force on 11 September 2014.

(4) Part 2 and the remaining provisions of Part 4 of the Act that have not earlier been brought into force come into force on 1 May 2015.
