Preamble
At Wellington this 24th day of September 2007
Pursuant to section 2 of the Companies Amendment Act 2006, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the Companies Amendment Act 2006 Commencement Order 2007.
2 Commencement of Companies Amendment Act 2006
The Companies Amendment Act 2006 comes into force on 1 November 2007.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
The Companies Amendment Act 2006 was enacted in 2006 to come into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council. This order now appoints 1 November 2007 as the date on which the Act comes into force.
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
