An Act to amend the Unit Titles Amendment Act 1979

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

1 Short Title and commencement

(1)

This Act may be cited as the Unit Titles Amendment Act 1993, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Unit Titles Amendment Act 1979.

(2)

This Act shall come into force on the day on which it receives the Royal assent.

2 Proposed development plans

The Unit Titles Amendment Act 1979 is hereby amended by repealing section 5(3)(c).

8 Deposit of unit plans

Section 6(3) of the Unit Titles Amendment Act 1979 is hereby amended by omitting the words “Town and Country Planning Act 1977”, and substituting the words “Resource Management Act 1991”.

4 First Schedule repealed

The Unit Titles Amendment Act 1979 is hereby amended by repealing the First Schedule.
