Part 6 Deaths

34 Deaths in New Zealand to be notified and registered

(1)

Every death in New Zealand must be notified and registered in accordance with this Part.

(2)

Subsection (1) does not apply to a death to which section 19(1) of the Visiting Forces Act 2004 applies.
