19 Prohibition against publication of name of respondent under 18

(1)

Where an application is made under section 18, no person shall publish, in any report or account relating to any proceedings on the application,—

(a)

the name of the respondent or the parents or any person having the care of the respondent; or

(b)

any other name or particulars likely to lead to the identification of the respondent.

(2)

Nothing in subsection (1) shall be construed to limit or restrict the provisions of any other enactment relating to the prohibition or regulation of the publication of reports or particulars relating to any judicial proceedings.
