An Act to amend the Carriage by Air Act 1967

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

1 Short Tide

This Act may be cited as the Carriage by Air Amendment Act 1996, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Carriage by Air Act 1967 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Aggregate liability

Section 34 of the principal Act is hereby amended by repealing subsection (2).

This Act is administered in the Ministry of Transport.
