This order is administered in the Ministry of Justice.
PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Financial Transactions Reporting Act 1996, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Financial Transactions Reporting Act Commencement Order 1996.
2 Commencement of Financial Transactions Reporting Act 1996
The Financial Transactions Reporting Act 1996 shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1996.
