An Act to validate certain regulations made under the Biosecurity Act 1993

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Subordinate Legislation (Validation) Act 1997.

2 Validation of Biosecurity (Costs) Regulations 1993

The Biosecurity (Costs) Regulations 1993 (S.R. 1993/368) are hereby declared to be, and to have always been, valid.

This Act is administered in the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
