An Act to amend the Evidence Act 1908

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

 
1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Evidence Amendment Act 1998, and is part of the Evidence Act 1908 (“the principal Act”).

This Act was repealed, as from 1 August 2007, pursuant to section 215 Evidence Act 2006 (2006 No 69). See clause 2(2) Evidence Act 2006 Commencement Order 2007 (SR 2007/190).

This section amended s 29 of the principal Act.
