An Act to repeal the Naval and Victualling Stores Act 1908

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

1 Short Title

  • This Act may be cited as the Naval and Victualling Stores Act Repeal Act 1998.

2 Naval and Victualling Stores Act 1908 repealed

  • (1) The Naval and Victualling Stores Act 1908 is repealed.

    (2) Schedule 1 of the Defence Act 1990 is consequentially amended by repealing the item relating to section 10 of the Naval and Victualling Stores Act 1908.

This Act is administered by the New Zealand Defence Force.
