BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

1 Short Title
2 Interpretation

  • This section substituted the definition of the term Superintendent in s 2(1) of the principal Act.

3 Superintendent of Government Superannuation Fund

  • This section inserted section 2C of the principal Act.
