Pharmaceutical Management Agency

46 Pharmac

(1)

An organisation called the Pharmaceutical Management Agency (Pharmac) is established.

(2)

Pharmac is a Crown entity for the purposes of section 7 of the Crown Entities Act 2004.

(3)

The Crown Entities Act 2004 applies to Pharmac except to the extent that this Act expressly provides otherwise.

(4)

Pharmac is owned by the Crown.
