This order comes into force on 29 November 2012.

For the purpose of section 109A of the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001, the date specified is 30 November 2012.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on 29 November 2012, specifies the date for the purpose of section 109A of the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001. Section 109A of that Act provides that sections 77 to 85, 88 to 93, and 98 to 105 of the Act do not apply on and from the specified date.
