14 Offences also apply in certain cases outside New Zealand

(1)

Each of sections 6A to 13F applies in respect of acts that occurred wholly outside New Zealand, as provided in sections 15 to 18.

(2)

Subsection (1) does not affect the application of sections 6A to 13F in respect of—

(a)

acts that occurred wholly within New Zealand; or

(b)

an offence that, under section 7 of the Crimes Act 1961, is deemed to be committed in New Zealand; or

(c)

acts that, under section 8A of that Act, are deemed to have taken place within New Zealand.
