110 Noting of conservation protocol

(1)

The existence of the protocol referred to in Schedule 5.18 of the deed of settlement, as amended from time to time, together with the definition of protocol in section 107 and a summary of the terms of issue of protocols, must be noted in all conservation management plans, conservation management strategies, and national park management plans affecting the area covered by the protocol.

(2)

Noting of a protocol under subsection (1) is—

(a)

for the purpose of public notice only; and

(b)

is not an amendment to a strategy or plan for the purposes of section 17I of the Conservation Act 1987 or section 46 of the National Parks Act 1980.
