(1)
A person may, within the prescribed time and in the prescribed manner, give the Commissioner written notice of opposition to an application.
(2)
The notice of opposition must include a statement of the grounds of opposition and any prescribed matters.
(3)
The Commissioner must send a copy of the notice to the applicant.
