Pursuant to section 2(1) of the Trade Marks Act 2002, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order brings into force on 20 August 2003 the whole of the Trade Marks Act 2002 except those sections that are already in force (sections 177 to 180, 199, and 200).

Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.

Date of notification in Gazette: 7 August 2003.
