Domestic Violence Amendment Act 2003: repealed, on 1 July 2019, pursuant to section 258 of the Family Violence Act 2018 (2018 No 46).

This Act is administered by the Ministry of Justice.
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
(1)
This Act is the Domestic Violence Amendment Act 2003.
(2)
In this Act, the Domestic Violence Act 1995 is called “the principal Act”.

This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
Section 127(a) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, after subparagraph (iv), the following subparagraphs:
