Industry Training Amendment Act 2003: repealed, on 1 April 2020, pursuant to section 75 of the Education (Vocational Education and Training Reform) Amendment Act 2020 (2020 No 1).

This Act is administered by the Ministry of Education.
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
This Act is the Industry Training Amendment Act 2003.
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
Section 7(4) of the Industry Training Amendment Act 2002 is amended by omitting the expression “7(j)”, and substituting the expression “7(i)”.
