State Sector Amendment Act (No 2) 2003: repealed, on 7 August 2020, pursuant to section 132(1) of the Public Service Act 2020 (2020 No 40).
Changes authorised by subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Legislation Act 2012 have been made in this reprint. See the notes at the end of this reprint for further details.
This Act is administered by the State Services Commission.
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:

This Act is the State Sector Amendment Act (No 2) 2003.

In this Act, the State Sector Act 1988 is called “the principal Act”.

This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
Section 2 of the principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (a)(ii) of the definition of the term employer the words “Part 9 of”.
