Pursuant to section 2(1) of the Criminal Procedure (Mentally Impaired Persons) Act 2003, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the Criminal Procedure (Mentally Impaired Persons) Act Commencement Order 2004.
2 Commencement of Criminal Procedure (Mentally Impaired Persons) Act 2003
The Criminal Procedure (Mentally Impaired Persons) Act 2003 comes into force on 1 September 2004.
