District Courts Amendment Act 2005: repealed, on 1 January 2018, pursuant to section 240 of the District Court Act 2016 (2016 No 49).

This Act is administered by the Ministry of Justice.
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:

This Act is the District Courts Amendment Act 2005.
(2)
In this Act, the District Courts Act 1947 is called “the principal Act”.
“the principal Act”
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
The principal Act is amended by renumbering section 79 (as inserted by section 3 of the District Courts Amendment Act 2002) as section 78A.
This is an eprint of the District Courts Amendment Act 2005 that incorporates all the amendments to that Act as at the date of the last amendment to it.
