The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Privacy Amendment Act 2005.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Schedule 3 amended
In Schedule 3 of the Privacy Act 1993, in the item “Tax Administration Act 1994”
, “and 85G”
is replaced by “, 85G, and 85H”
.
