Pursuant to section 2(1) of the Securities Markets Amendment Act 2006, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

2 Commencement of Securities Markets Amendment Act 2006

  • The Securities Markets Amendment Act 2006 comes into force on 29 February 2008.

This order brings into force the Securities Markets Amendment Act 2006. That Act comes into force on 29 February 2008.
