31 Voluntary surrender of licence

The holder of a licence may at any time surrender that licence by written notice to the Registrar.

A surrender takes effect on the date given in the notice or, if no such date is given, on the day the notice is received by the Registrar.

Where a licence is surrendered, the Registrar may, as he or she thinks fit, refund all or part of any immigration adviser’s levy paid in respect of the licence.
