Pursuant to section 2(2) of the Aviation Crimes Amendment Act 2007, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Aviation Crimes Amendment Act 2007 Commencement Order 2008.
2 Commencement of sections 7 and 8
Sections 7 and 8 of the Aviation Crimes Amendment Act 2007 come into force on 11 April 2008.

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings into force, on 11 April 2008, sections 7 and 8 of the Aviation Crimes Amendment Act 2007.
