Civil Aviation Amendment Act 2007 Commencement Order 2007: revoked, on 5 April 2025, pursuant to section 487 of the Civil Aviation Act 2023 (2023 No 10).

Preamble

At Wellington this 17th day of December 2007

Pursuant to section 2(2) of the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 2007, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

1 Title

This order is the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 2007 Commencement Order 2007.

2 Commencement of sections 7, 9 to 11, 14(2), 15, and 19(3), and Part 2 of Schedule of Civil Aviation Amendment Act 2007

Sections 7, 9 to 11, 14(2), 15, and 19(3), and Part 2 of the Schedule of the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 2007 come into force on 18 January 2008.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order brings into force, on 18 January 2008, sections 7, 9 to 11, 14(2), 15, and 19(3), and Part 2 of the Schedule of the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 2007.
